I created photo illustrations of imagined landscapes that evoke a feeling of vast emptiness to match with the main theme running through "Wild To Be Born." Cover art was created for the full length record and for each of the three singles released. A limited run of screenprinted flexi discs were also created using the illustration on the LP's record sleeve.
Photo collages were created in photoshop, and halftone effects were added. After art was finalized, foregrounds, middle grounds, and backgrounds were flattened to preserve lighting and blending effects, then printed separately and reassembled and scanned. This gave the digital art a more tactile feel and added texture to make the landscapes feel more genuine.
